We are a local Lodi insurance agency, specializing in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, Life Insurance and Health Insurance. Covering Northern California with competitive insurance rates since 1946. At Eugene C Yates Insurance Agency we help you find the policy that’s right for your situation. We have proudly served Lodi for 75 years.

We are seeking a positive, happy, business-minded person. We offer qualified candidates hot inbound leads (call ins), generous salary & commission structure, full benefits, in a fun and happy working environment.

Experience:

• Sales, 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service, 1 year (Preferred)
• Have worked with Mercury, Safeco, Travelers, Hartford or Nationwide in agency is a plus.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Licenses:

• Personal Lines (Required)
• Casualty (Required)
• Life and Health Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in computers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
